I have one word that can serve as a precursor to sum up our entire vacation, wow.  On behalf of my wife and I (yes I love saying the word wife a lot), I would like to wholeheartedly thank you for putting together an unforgettable vacation.  Having never really booked a vacation before we didn't really have any notion on what to expect or how to compare, so forgive us if we had our doubts at the beginning. 

Nevertheless, you guys have set a pretty high bar for travel agents and we appreciate you for doing so.  I can speak for both of us when I say that we had an amazing time in our honeymoon.  And although there where some hiccups along the way, the customer service we received exceeded our expectations tremendously and opaqued any delays we had.   We also want to commend you on catering to our every need by picking the right hotel for us.  My wife and I loved the ambience of the resort you chose for us which provided us the perfect setting of romanticism we were looking for. But above it all was the service that all of you provided to us.  From you guys helping us pick the right place, to the bell boys, valet drivers, servers, room service personnel...every single one of you went above and beyond to not only please, but to exceed our expectations.  And for that we want to sincerely express our many thank yous for making our fairy tale honeymoon a reality.

Jeff and Kimberly are amazing. The best decision my husband made when planning our honeymoon was picking Jeff and Kimberly as our travel agents. From the first time we met I knew we made the right choice. They made everything so easy and were so helpful. My husband and I have never been out of the country so I was a little nervous, but the packets with information about the airlines, things to pack, resort tipping guide, important reminders,and what to expect made everything so easy. I tell this story to everyone... But when following The Knot Wedding Timeline Planner, it suggested that it's time to start the honeymoon planning. I thought to myself, there is NO WAY. Let me just say, it was one of the best decisions of my life getting in contact with Romantics Travel. Kimberly and Jeff are amazing! From the very first call with them, to arriving back at home from the trip, THEY WERE AMAZING! They planned everything down to the last detail. They asked us how we imagined our honeymoon, they set up the flights, transportation to the resort, they gave us an itinerary of the day, who to look for, sent us maps, check lists, and many other things to simply make sure your trip goes smoothly and perfect. And IF we had any issues they took care of it right of way. It was a wonderful feeling to know I could call or send them a message and they responded within seconds. They deserve every praise they receive because they are the best travel agents anyone could ask for. I encourage everyone to have them plan their honeymoon if you want excellent service and to have the honeymoon of your dreams.
